Western hunting often requires spending hours behind your glass. This can be a grueling task. Finding comfort to put the time in can be also. Packing into the backcountry with a chair is not always a reasonable decision, and usually the 1/2 inch sleeping pad strapped to the bottom of your pack is the answer, but never is it the most comfortable.

Our Glassing pad when laid out provides up to 2 inches of ultralight weight padding, using the very versatile Spex-lite 5524B fill. 1000D Mil-Spec Cordura adorns the bottom of the pad and is ultra tough and tear resistant. The Butt side is 500D Mil-Spec and is a bit stretchy and much more comfortable. With its ability to fold in half, secured with shock chord and hook, and coming in at WHOPPING 5.5 ounces, hook this thing to your pack and you will never know it’s there! We put added a 5″ blaze orange handle so in the event you step away from your pad, you will be able to relocate it!

Whether you’re doing your butt a favor, using it as a pillow, to kneel on or even a rifle rest, our pad is versatile, will last forever and handmade right here in the U.S.A.
